Cathy earned a degree in computer programming, after which she worked for an international airline for a number of years. Prior to starting her own business, she excelled in the demanding role of office manager for a successful real estate company. She now channels her strong work ethics, extensive background in computers, and creativity into Bright Heart Design, providing web design and desktop publishing services as well as administrative consulting to small businesses.
